The Net provides support for isolated women in Kempston (referral only) - we also run The Well Women Workshop Course which is open to any women wanting to explore holistic well-being. Including Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, and Social Health plus creativity and life long learning. The course is especially useful to those wishing to work towards volunteering or employment. The courses are free and run evening and morning in term time.
