ID Card Printer
CVS has a IDP Smart 21 ID Card Printer, which can print in colour onto standard size ID cards (CR80, standard credit card size, 54 mm x 86 mm). If you would like to see the what the printer is capable of, we have a number of example cards in the office you can come and check out.
We are not able to offer a design service, but if you are able to prepare the ID cards, you can print them using the CVS machine.
We suggest there are 2 ways of doing this:
- Option 1 - Design the cards yourselves using Canva or some other form of design software. You can then email the files to CVS (info@cvsbeds.org.uk) for printing, or pop into the office with a memory stick. Jpeg or similar file type is recommended. You can then pick up the cards from the CVS office.
- Option 2 – If you are using specific card management software on a laptop, then pop into the office and we can install the printer software onto your device. The printer can be connected via a USB cable and you can print direct from the card management software.
Prices:
- £2.50 per card – single sided print.
- Additional 25p if the card needs to be printed on both sides.
- CVS will supply the blank cards (white), and a plastic ID Card holder - included in the prices quoted above
- Organisations will need to source the Lanyards (strap) separately.
