Bedford Counselling & Training (BCaT) offer one to one counselling services and group therapy for adults over the age of 18. We can help with the following problems: Depression and anxiety; Stress at work or home; Loss of purpose in life; Sexuality and gender identity; Loss and grief; Abuse and neglect (now or in the past); Problems in relationship to food. Our counsellors work within British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical guidelines and they are all members of BACP or an alternative recognised professional organisation.
