In Central Bedfordshire, we provide anyone who’s had a stroke with personalised practical support and information. We also support loved ones, carers and friends. Our Stroke Support Coordinators will work with you to identify what matters most so we can best support you throughout recovery- no matter the age, stage, or time. What this service offers: • Tailored one-to-one support through home visits, telephone calls and online contact. • Someone to talk to who understands. • Advice and information about stroke. • Tips and links to support recovery. • Support to access local leisure and social activities, other organisations, return to work, and much more.
