It provides practical assistance, emotional support, and advocacy to help people overcome challenges such as poverty, isolation, and mental health issues. Through home visiting, and support in the community FACES aims to empower families, build resilience, and foster a sense of belonging, ensuring everyone has access to opportunities, guidance, and a supportive network for children to thrive.
