REC provides a wide variety of educational courses and activities helping people over the age of 50 to manage the health & wellbeing challenges of ageing. Our life-long learning focus is delivered through courses ranging from modern languages, history, philosophy, archaeology, art & cultural history and science. Activities on offer at the Centre include trips to exhibitions and museums as well as physical exercise such as pilates, tai chi and the Rothsay Ramblers walking group. Freshly-prepared food and beverages are available from the on-site cafe.
