The Intersectionality Women’s Programmes empower women by offering access into education, employability skills, accredited qualifications, and pathways to employment. The initiative builds digital skills, self-esteem, and confidence while supporting women who are experiencing challenges such as domestic abuse, mental health, low income, housing difficulties, or barriers to education and employment. The fully funded Employability Skills Level 1 course runs over four weeks for 10 learners, 3–4 days per week (9:30 am–2:30 pm). Delivered in person, it is available in Luton, Central Bedfordshire, and Bedford. Spaces are limited to 10.
