Pride in Luton: Programme Manager, Luton, £31,200, part time (30 hours per week).

The role will lead the operational day to day delivery of the charity, whilst supporting the board of trustees with future strategic direction, enabling our community to self-organise and providing the best and most inclusive events in Luton. The role will be varied and will require someone who can work independently and can proactively make things happen.

Winter Warmth Agent: Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity, Bedford, £19,167 – £26,835 pa, full time.

We are seeking two Winter Warmth Agents to cover Central Bedfordshire. It is an exciting new role delivering in-person, community-based support to our most vulnerable residents. The aim of this role is to connect residents to community-based support and information, to help them build resilience through the winter months and reduce the risk of needing hospital care. Working across Central Bedfordshire’s four neighbourhood localities to ensure all residents all able to access this support.

Leighton Linslade Community Agent: Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity, Leighton Linslade, £12,224 pa, part time (14 hours per week).

Building on the successes of the work undertaken by the existing Community Agent, BedsRCC is extending its partnership with Leighton Linslade Town Council to recruit and host a second Community Agent. Community Agents seek to ensure that vulnerable and isolated people access the services and support they need. This involves building local support networks as well as acting to bridge the gap between individual residents and statutory organisations.

CPRE Bedfordshire: Manager, Bedford, £16,800-£18,000 pa, part time (21 hours per week).

CPRE Bedfordshire is looking to appoint a dynamic and capable person to run our local environmental charity. As Manager you will have the opportunity to support projects that build biodiversity, protect and promote the countryside and widen access while ensuring the CPRE Bedfordshire is well managed and sustainable. This includes overseeing the Bedfordshire Hedgerow Heroes Project and the biennial Living Countryside Awards.

RSPB: Entry Level Fundraiser, Sandy, £24,8900 - £26,720 pa, full time.

As a core part of both the Lodge and the Face to Face membership teams, you be working alongside staff and volunteers to welcome visitors to the reserve and enthuse them about the conservation importance of the site. You will be expected to role model best practices for reserve fundraising to inspire new memberships for the charity.

The Information & Signpost Advisor (ISA) at Luton Foodbank provides tailored support to clients in crisis, addressing food and fuel poverty. The role involves offering personalized advice, collaborating with partners, managing data, and advocating for clients' needs within the community.

Fundraising Officer: SMART CJS, Bedford, £30,000 pa, full time, permanent.

To lead the implementation and delivery of our fundraising strategy to generate income and further grow the fundraising portfolio, building a dependable source of income for the charity. There is a fundraising target of £60,000 and there will be some evening and weekend work required.

Mary Seacole Housing Association: Link Worker, Luton, £36,000 – £40,000 pa, full time, Contract, Fixed-term (December 2024 – November 2025, with the possibility of extension).

We are looking for a motivated Link Worker to join Mary Seacole Housing Association and lead a critical project providing holistic support to non-UK nationals facing homelessness in Luton. In this exciting role, you will act as the central coordinator, ensuring clients are placed into suitable accommodation, receive immigration advice, and are connected with essential outreach services.

Mary Seacole Housing Association: OISC Accredited Immigration Adviser (Level 2 or 3), Luton,  £32,000 – £36,000 pa, full time, Contract, Fixed-term (December 2024 – November 2025, with the possibility of extension).

We’re seeking a committed OISC Level 2 or 3 Accredited Immigration Adviser to join the team at Mary Seacole Housing Association. In this impactful role, you will offer specialist immigration support to individuals facing homelessness and those with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). You’ll help clients navigate complex immigration processes, working both from our Luton office and through outreach at supported accommodation sites.

Mary Seacole Housing Association: Support Worker, Luton, £28,000 pa, full time.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Support Worker ( Rough Sleeping Outreach )to join our dynamic team in Luton! In this exciting role, you’ll be on the front lines, helping some of our community’s most vulnerable members—mainly migrants with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). Working closely with local services, you’ll assess individuals’ needs, place them in safe accommodation, and support their journey toward resettlement.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic person to help run our evening socials group in Luton and Dunstable. These groups provide an opportunity for autistic adults to socialise, gain confidence and develop their skills. This is a new role, with the most important traits being a genuine passion for the aims and values of our charity, a desire to work flexibly as part of a small, highly committed team, and the ability to make positive things happen in the fundraising space.
