Free from Public Health for Milton Keynes, Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire - 

  • 1 March, 7 March and 8 March, 9.00am-1.00pm - MIND BLMK Mental Health Training workshop

A half day Mental Health First Aid Aware training session in being offered for VCSE groups in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. This will cover common mental health issues, ways to look after wellbeing, how to challenge stigma and confidence in supporting someone in distress.  Places are limited to one per organisation. To book a place.
