Do something Amazing!

Volunteer with girlguiding to find your place in a team of inspirational women.

You can help to give girls in your local community more opportunities for fun, friendship, challenge and adventure.

Volunteer with Rainbows, Brownies, Guides or Rangers and find your place in a team of inspirational women, sharing their skills and passions with girls in a local unit – all while benefitting from the adventure and opportunities guiding has to offer. You don’t need to have been involved as a girl to be an adult volunteer or have loads of spare time to make a big difference. Whatever your skills and interests there’s a role to suit you.

Take a look at the ways you can get involved below

Volunteering’s never been so much fun!

Here’s how you can #InspireGirls.

There are currently many opportunities around Bedfordshire:

Rainbow Youth Leader

Rainbows is for girls aged five to seven. Rainbows is all about developing self-confidence, building friendships, learning new things and having fun. Girls get their hands dirty with arts and crafts, get in touch with nature and play games - it's all about learning by doing. The role is perfect if you want to support girls on a regular basis and see them grow, get stuck into adventurous (and often messy) activities and develop great relationships.

Guides have an exciting and varied programme designed to inspire and challenge girls from 10-14, from taking part in lots of exciting activities at regular meetings to special events and trips away. At the heart of guiding are the unit meetings that girls go along to each week.
