New Parenting Webinars

24 June 2021
BLMK Wellbeing Webinars are supporting new parents across our localities.

Balancing wellbeing throughout the journey of becoming a new parent can be challenging, especially during the current climate.

The three leading Talking Therapies teams from Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes (BLMK), are jointly running virtual wellbeing webinars, which are confidential and free to access for anyone living or working within the BLMK areas.

New topics are being introduced in July which will focus upon supporting parents and guardians,

    • Wellbeing and relaxation for pregnancy and parenthood: 1 July 2021
    • Managing anxiety and worry in for pregnancy and parenthood: 6 July 2021
    • Activity for boosting mood in pregnancy and parenthood: 16 July 2021
    • Eating well for you, bump and baby:  21 July 2021
    • Managing sleep during pregnancy and parenthood: 26 July 2021

Sessions are repeated on a rolling basis.

Some personal details are required to take part in the event. This is to ensure that each health service performs correctly and in line with national health regulations.
